What is dry hire bartending? +
Dry hire means you supply the alcohol and we supply everything else — the bartenders, the portable bar, all tools, supplies, and expertise. You keep full control of your alcohol budget while we handle the professional execution.
How much alcohol should I buy? +
We provide every client with a detailed shopping guide based on your guest count, event length, and drink menu. You'll know exactly what to buy and how much — no guessing, no waste.
Are you fully insured? +
Yes. Precision Pour LLC carries $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate general and liquor liability through FLIP Insurance. We can provide proof of insurance and add your venue as an additional insured upon request.
Can you create signature cocktails? +
Absolutely. Signature cocktail consultation is included in Standard and Premium packages, and available as an add-on for Essential bookings at $25 per cocktail. We'll work with you to match your event theme, colors, or preferences.
How far do you travel? +
We're based in Ocala and serve all of Marion County with no travel fee within 15 miles. Travel fees apply beyond that — $35 for 16–30 miles, $65 for 31–50 miles, $100 for 51–75 miles. Beyond 75 miles is quoted individually.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Your 30% deposit is non-refundable and secures your date. Cancellations more than 30 days out forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are subject to full payment. Full details are in your service contract.
How do I book? +

How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking at least 14 days in advance to ensure availability. For weddings and large events, 4–8 weeks ahead is ideal. We do accommodate last-minute requests based on availability — reach out and we'll do our best.
